What is it?
Lean Construction Forum is the meeting point for the stakeholders that make up the Lean Construction and collaborative procurement ecosystem in Spain. In this forum, knowledge and networking come together in a day in which topics such as the fundamentals of Lean Construction, its international situation, collaborative contracting and success stories from leading experts in the sector will be discussed.
The first edition of the Lean Construction Forum will be held on November 14 at the COAM, Madrid. It will feature a high-level conference programme in which leading experts will share their knowledge and experiences. In addition, the Lean Construction Forum will have an exclusive networking area, where you can expand your network of contacts and start up new business ventures.
