A. PURPOSE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

These General Terms and Conditions govern the PRELIMINARY SPACE RESERVATION phase for SIMA 2027 (26\u201329 May 2027), promoted and organised by PLANNER EXHIBITIONS, and are intended to establish the framework applicable to companies and entities participating in this early booking period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 B. EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Companies and entities that complete a PRELIMINARY SPACE RESERVATION will benefit from the following special advantages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • An additional 5% discount on the stand space rental fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A 10% increase in the points used to determine the order of stand space selection on the exhibition floor plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    C. ELIGIBILITY <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Any company interested in participating in SIMA 2027 may complete a PRELIMINARY SPACE RESERVATION, regardless of whether it has participated in previous editions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    D. RESERVATION FEE <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    To complete a PRELIMINARY SPACE RESERVATION, companies must pay 10% of the amount corresponding to the requested square metres, calculated at the standard rate of \u20ac392\/m\u00b2, plus the applicable VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The corresponding discounts will be applied when the final space booking is formally confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    E. DEADLINE <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    The deadline for submitting a PRELIMINARY SPACE RESERVATION and making the corresponding payment is 31 July 2026. No new applications will be accepted after this date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To participate in this phase, the company must be up to date with all payments due to PLANNER EXHIBITIONS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Should the payment method chosen by the client generate any additional costs for PLANNER EXHIBITIONS, such costs shall be borne by the client.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    F. BOOTH SPACE SELECTION <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    The procedure for selecting stand space on the exhibition floor plan shall be governed by the SPACE RESERVATION TERMS CONDITIONS and the SPACE CONTRACTING TERMS CONDITIONS, which will be published from September 2026 onwards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    G. CHANGES TO THE NUMBER OF SQUARE METRES <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    If the number of square metres finally contracted exceeds the number indicated during the PRELIMINARY SPACE RESERVATION period, the additional 5% discount shall apply exclusively to the square metres included in the PRELIMINARY SPACE RESERVATION. Any additional square metres shall be invoiced at the standard rate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If the number of square metres finally contracted is lower than the number indicated during the PRELIMINARY SPACE RESERVATION period, the additional 5% discount shall be calculated based on the number of square metres ultimately contracted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    H. CANCELLATIONS <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    If a company completes a PRELIMINARY SPACE RESERVATION and subsequently decides not to proceed with the final booking, the amount paid shall be non-refundable. However, it may be credited towards the booking of exhibition space at SIMA 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRELIMINARY SPACE RESERVATION <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
