Cancellation policy

Cancellations of event registrations must be addressed in writing to PLANNER EXHIBITIONS by e-mail ([email protected]). Refunds will be made at the end of the event. Cancellation fees will be, depending on the date of cancellation, as follows:

• 45 days or more before the start of the programme: 50% refund.
• Less than 45 days before the start of the programme: There will be no refund.
